The Learning Pad offers area government agencies and organizations proven, timely and cost-effective training solutions on virtually any topic. Our training ranges from non-credit classes, seminars and workshops, to creating training specifically designed and tailored for each inpidual client.

This training can be at your location, in our computer classroom, or online.

Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan – The Learning Pad LLC is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment or the services you purchased from our company, please contact Kenneth Dublin at 512-610-7600 .

Our hours of operation are: Administration Office is open from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Our classrooms are open from 8:00 am – 9:30 pm, Monday – Friday, Also Saturday – Sunday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm depending on scheduling of classes.

NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and needs service, contact us directly at 512-610-7600. Information will be provided for the direct contact responsible for the warranty.

The Learning Pad will provide continued support after your classes to ensure you pass all your Information Technology Exams. We supply multiple practice exams, hands-on lab exercises, and video training on demand that our customers can take advantage of outside of their classrooms.

Statement of Guarantee – The Learning Pad LLC guarantees to make available all the tools needed to pass your exams. If you do not feel you have learned what you need to pass your exams, we will allow you to retake the course at no charge for up to one year.
