For Individuals

The Learning Pad provides for individuals specific courses and workshops to assist them in advancing their skills sets in many different industries.

We also offer full programs for individuals who are seeking new industries to work in where they can find entry-level employment. To learn about our programs, please click HERE.

The goal of The Learning Pad is to provide workforce solutions to individuals to advance their skills. To that end, we currently work with the:

* Department of Assisted and Rehabilitated Services (DARS)

* Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

* Williamson/Burnet County Opportunities (WBCO)

* Workforce Investment Act (WIA)

* Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA)

* Veteran’s Affairs (VA) Training – Military Benefits

The Learning Pad accepts Military Benefits for Education (GI Bill). This extends to veterans as well as their spouse and dependents. Call to speak with an adviser for more information.

The Learning Pad has been approved to accept the MyCAA Financial Assistance. This grant is for Spouse Tuition Assistance available to spouses of active duty service members to pay for your education. To find out more, go HERE.

All of our workshops are provided in our computer classroom, with talented and highly qualified instructors providing hands-on assistance in real time.

The Learning Pad can also provide numerous services including: assessments, non-credit classes, seminars and workshops. A variety of self-paced, online courses are available.

The Learning Pad can even provide you with online learning, with a live instructor for most of our courses.

Student Complaint Policy: This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).

The TWC-assigned school number is: S3005.

The school’s programs are approved by TWC, DIR, and NHA (National Healthcareer Association).

Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog.
